Xstrahl, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Management Accountant to drive financial performance across the group.

Based in Brownhills, the role focuses on cash flow forecasting, MI reporting, and detailed profitability analysis, partnering with Operations, Sales and departmental managers to ensure robust financial information informs commercial decisions. The successful candidate will develop and enhance reporting capabilities, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and lead contract profitability

Competenze

• Part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA and progressing towards completion.
• Experience in management accounting, FP&A or commercially focused finance roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and variance analysis.

Mansioni

• Own the Group's short, medium and long-term cash flow forecasting processes and drive improvements.
• Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for planning and decision making.
• Analyse performance vs budget/forecast with variance explanations.
• Deliver MI packs and KPIs for senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Lead detailed cost and margin analysis of contracts and projects.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales to capture all costs.
• Prepare month-end close activities and maintain financial controls.
