Job summary

Cedar seeks an Interim Head of FP&A in London to lead forecasting, modelling and MI as part of an exit process. You will own the forecast, budgets and long-range plan, building robust models to support the equity story and due diligence.

You will collaborate with the CFO and PE investors, delivering detailed analyses of revenue, EBITDA, cash and other value drivers, while ensuring accurate reporting and clear visibility of risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head of FP&A or FP&A Director at CFO-1 level.
• Strong private equity experience, ideally through exit or transaction.
• Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability.
• Experience building/defending long-range plans and transaction models.
• Strong commercial understanding of revenue, EBITDA, cash and EV drivers.
• Experience supporting vendor due diligence, QOE or buyer diligence.
• Comfortable communicating with CFOs, PE investors and advisers.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning through the exit process.
• Build robust financial models supporting the equity story, valuation and buyer diligence.
• Bridge historic performance, current trading, forecast and the longer-term plan.
• Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash and other value drivers.
• Strengthen MI and KPI reporting to demonstrate performance clearly.
• Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis for growth, pricing, margins, investment.
