Job summary

Ifs1 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Group ARR to govern and enhance reporting for Bookings, ACV and ARR. You will partner with Finance Leadership, Sales Operations, FP&A, and regional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of key commercial metrics.

You will lead analysis of ARR drivers, churn, renewals, and deals, drive automation and data quality improvements, and present insights to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles.
• Significant experience within a software, SaaS, subscription, or technology company.
• Experience working with recurring revenue models, ARR, ACV, SaaS metrics, subscriptions, renewals, and customer retention analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Group Bookings and ARR Reporting.
• Own the monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting process.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of commercial metrics to Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, and Board stakeholders.
• Deliver insightful analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain reporting consistency across regions, business units, and product lines.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and management commentary.
