Job summary

Anderson Knight Limited is supporting a market-leading client in Reading to appoint an experienced FP&A Senior Manager who will head the financial planning and analysis function within a highly regulated business.

You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, guiding senior leadership with robust analysis and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions. This 12-month engagement offers a high-profile finance leadership role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with substantial FP&A management experience.
• Ability to interpret multiple data sources into clear insights and actions.
• Experience leading a finance team in a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and budgeting cycles aligned to strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Develop and manage rolling forecasts and reforecasts balancing long-term planning with short-term agility.
• Own monthly management information pack with insightful commentary on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Support senior leaders with board-level reporting and regular performance updates.
• Deliver scenario analysis and business insights to surface opportunities for improvement.
