Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or Actuary or equivalent professional credential.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Extensive FP&A experience in a complex organisation.
• Deep knowledge of insurance profit and loss reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data.
• Experience with data visualisation and MI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning cycle, governance and forecasting.
• Develop and enhance FP&A infrastructure for accurate plan delivery.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly results, UK consolidation and group reporting.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and challenge to decisions.
• Produce meaningful management information for executives.
• Drive reporting improvements and accountability across functions.
