Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst & Modeller to support FP&A across the EMEA business. You will drive budgeting, headcount planning and monthly reforecasts, and partner with the FP&A Director/Manager with exposure to executive leadership.

This role emphasises process improvement, automation and the application of AI within finance, delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, CFA) or equivalent – required
• Strong experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools – preferred
• Commercially aware with proactive, hands-on approach

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to support budgeting, headcount planning and monthly reforecasts
• Own and deliver key components of planning processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packs with commentary
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, including automation and AI integration
