Zen Educate in London is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst / Business Partner to help scale our finance function as we move from reporting to shaping strategy. The role is hybrid in London with 2 days from home and responsibility for core reporting, budgeting, and partner to regional leaders.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting across UK and US, and build driver-based models for revenue, headcount and costs. You’ll drive automation, analysis, and clear commentary to guide important decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Own core reporting end to end for management reporting.
• Lead budgeting and termly reforecasts across UK and US.
• Build driver-based models for revenue, headcount and costs.
• Run variance analysis and translate into actionable insights for leadership.
• Act as a finance partner to Regional Directors and commercial leads.
• Lead analyses on unit economics and ROI; support pricing decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own a core set of weekly and monthly management reports end to end.
• Automate reports to improve speed and consistency.
• Write commentary explaining movements and proposed actions.
• Lead annual budget and termly reforecasts across UK/US.
• Build driver-based models for revenue, headcount and costs.
• Partner with Regional Directors in monthly performance reviews.
