Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional in Derby, offering hybrid working. You will deliver high-quality financial modelling, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the Group.

In a PE-backed, fast-paced environment, you will partner with operational and commercial teams, coordinate budgets and forecasts, analyse variance and provide actionable insights to drive growth and cost control.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A skills.
• Advanced financial modelling ability.
• Stakeholder management in a PE backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts & long-range plans across the Group.
• Produce monthly management reporting and analyse actual vs budget/forecast.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Assist consolidation and analysis of financial information across entities.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
