Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head of FP&A or Senior FP&A Lead in a PE-backed, fast-paced services environment.
• Comfortable managing and prioritising multiple high-value projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the group.
• Build and deliver a PE quality board pack.
• Design and deliver financial models and scenario planning tools.
• Partner with the CFO to provide insightful, board-level analysis.
