Job summary

We Do Group is recruiting an FP&A Analyst to join the UK finance team. The role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a fast-paced international services environment.

The successful candidate will be part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience, with 2–3 years' FP&A or related experience, strong Excel modelling, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• This is a progressive role requiring part-qualified accounting credentials or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting is essential.
• Strong Excel modelling skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and UK leadership reporting packs.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing financial planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision making.
• Provide detailed variance analysis of actuals vs budgets and forecasts.
• Support accruals, provisions, and group reporting submissions.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis including NPV, ROI and cost-benefit modelling.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Assist FP&A Manager with queries, audits and international stakeholder engagement.
