Job summary

LADbible Group is a global digital entertainment business with a diverse portfolio across lifestyle, entertainment, sport, gaming and tech. We seek a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the Group forecast model and drive financial performance.

You will translate large data sets into insights, challenge assumptions with senior stakeholders and support decision-making through scenario analysis and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance or advisory (Transaction Services/Management Consulting).
• Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker); SQL skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group rolling forecast model and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with divisional FP&A partners to reflect current assumptions.
• Produce weekly/monthly variance analysis with clear drivers.
• Build and stress-test scenarios for revenue and cost plans.
• Track and interpret key KPIs by division and brand; translate trends to financial impact.
• Collaborate with HR to quantify employee lifecycle cost impacts.
• Drive process improvements through automation and AI in planning cycles.
