CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a successful international organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst in Southampton. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting and regional performance reporting, with opportunities to develop BI, automation and AI-led analytics.

You will provide high-quality financial analysis to senior leadership across the EMEA region, support strategic planning and quarterly forecasts, and translate performance into concise commentary for decision makers.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with strong post-qualified experience.
• FP&A or business partnering in a large international organisation.
• Ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commercial insight to senior leadership across the EMEA region
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance outlooks
• Analyse performance vs budget and forecast with concise commentary
• Partner with finance and regional teams to improve the quality of financial information
• Develop reporting using BI, automation and AI tools
• Prepare financial presentations for regional decision makers

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a successful international organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst into its established commercial finance function in Southampton.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience to take on a highly visible regional role.

You will play an important part in forecasting, budgeting and regional performance reporting, while also helping the finance function make greater use of BI, automation and AI-led analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commercial insight to senior leadership across the EMEA region
• Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and shorter-term performance outlooks
• Analyse actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key movements and translating these into concise, commercially meaningful commentary
• Partner with Finance, regional leadership teams and individual markets to improve the quality and consistency of financial information
• Develop reporting and analytics capabilities, using BI, automation and AI tools to create more efficient processes and stronger management insight
• Prepare clear financial presentations and recommendations for senior regional decision makers

Candidate Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent, with strong post-qualified experience
• A proven FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering background within a sizeable international organisation
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting complex financial information in a clear, confident manner
• Knowledge of US GAAP and experience within a US-owned multinational business would be beneficial
