Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group has partnered with an international organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst for its established commercial finance function in Southampton. The role blends detailed financial analysis with senior-level business partnering across the EMEA region.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting and regional performance reporting, while advancing BI-driven analytics, automation and AI-enabled insights to improve decision making and financial storytelling for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent, with strong post-qualified experience.
• FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering background in a sizeable international organisation.
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting complex financial information clearly.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and experience in a US-owned multinational business is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commercial insight to senior leadership across the EMEA region.
• Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and short-term performance outlooks.
• Analyse actual performance vs budget/forecast and translate movements into concise commentary.
• Partner with Finance and regional teams to improve quality and consistency of financial information.
• Develop reporting and analytics capabilities using BI, automation and AI tools.
