GSK seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with BU teams and prototype AI-enabled solutions for CMC R&D. You will transform data and workflows into production-grade systems, delivering rapid proofs of concept, value, and MVPs at pace.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape governance, and contribute reusable patterns while helping scale successful solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• PoC/PoV/MVP delivery: own high-priority BU use cases and deliver working prototypes.
• AI-Native engineering: run AI agent workflows and automate prototype delivery.
• Customer embedding & handoff: prototype with BU teams and hand over to scale-up.
• Governance, standards & coaching: address responsible AI and create reusable patterns.
