Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with BU teams, turning AI ideas into working prototypes and MVPs. You will prototype with AI agents, code with Python and TS/JavaScript, and collaborate with data analytics and R&D units to validate value before scaling.

Qualifications

• Extensive full-stack or AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments.
• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on with at least one of TS/JS/Go.
• Ability to take ideas from sketch to working software with scientists as end users.
• Experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent orchestration; governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• PoC/PoV/MVP delivery for high-priority BU use cases within days-to-weeks cadence.
• Operate AI agent workflows for autonomous prototype delivery and validation.
• Embed with BU teams, prototype against real data, hand off to scale-up engineers.
• Contribute reusable patterns and participate in governance and coaching.
