GSK Enterprise AI is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with business units, proving AI ideas through PoCs and MVPs at fast cadences. You will deliver working software, frame value hypotheses, and mentor peers while collaborating closely with R&D and process science teams.

You will build agentic automation across process development, turning manual workflows into scalable, data‑driven solutions that accelerate NPIs and improve manufacturing outcomes.

Formación

• Strong experience in full‑stack or AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Proficient in Python and at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar.
• Able to take ideas from sketch to working software with researchers as end users.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PoC/PoV/MVP delivery for high‑priority BU use cases at days‑to‑weeks cadence.
• Deliver production versions directly for applications with clear paths to scale.
• Embed with BU teams, prototype against real data and workflows, and hand off results with explanations.
• Establish governance, standards and coaching, contributing reusable patterns to the organization.
