Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with BU teams, delivering AI-powered proofs of concept and value, and scaling successful solutions across global manufacturing processes. Qualifications

Minimum requirement: strong full‑stack or AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments.
Proficiency in Python and at least one of TS/JS, Go, or similar.
Experience with process modeling approaches and AI/ML model selection/calibration.

Responsibilities

Own PoC/PoV/MVP delivery from problem framing to working prototype at days‑to‑weeks cadence.
Embed with BU teams and hand off proven solutions to scale teams.
Develop AI-augmented workflows, ensure governance and reusable patterns.
Coach engineers on AI‑augmented ways of working while delivering outcomes.
