Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Proven AI developer experience with portfolio of projects.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript; familiar with Git.
• Experience with Power Platform and cloud basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents, prompts, grounding, and retrieval.
• Test agent behavior and handle non-deterministic outputs.
• Deliver across Power Platform lifecycle (Power Apps/Automate/Pages/Dataverse).
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs.
