Job summary

Valeo Foods UK requires an experienced Senior Site Planner for our Norwich operation, home of Kettle Chips. The role has high visibility across production, supply and planning, with a focus on master data accuracy and data-driven decision-making.

You will work across the full supply chain from raw materials to finished goods, using IFS and Excel to support planning, with cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in site, production, supply or material planning within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of raw materials, production and finished goods.
• Excellent attention to detail with large data volumes.
• Strong Excel skills and planning systems experience – IFS preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Proactive and takes ownership, drives activity forward.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate master data across planning and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with raw material and finished goods planning to support production planning.
• Use IFS and advanced Excel to analyse information, identify issues and support decisions.
• Work with stakeholders across the site including Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Finance and Quality.
• Support site and business projects, delivering improvements and new ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate issues, determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide timely information to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Take ownership of key planning activities and meet deadlines.
