Job summary

Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) is seeking a Contract Manager to lead delivery of FM services from our Aberdeen site. You will ensure contractual compliance, statutory safety requirements, and quality across multiple sites, while managing a skilled team and energising continuous improvement.

You will oversee relationships with clients and supply chains, drive performance reporting, and maintain ISO-aligned records.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management.
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Strong budgetary experience and focus on safety compliance.
• Experience in utilities management and PFI projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of FM services ensuring contractual compliance and statutory requirements.
• Prepare client performance reports and attend performance meetings.
• Maintain records per ISO standards and company policies.
• Lead energy management initiatives to identify efficiency improvements.
• Manage lifecycle works and ensure CDM compliance.
• Build strong client and supplier relationships; lead and develop the team.
