Job summary

Very Group is seeking a Senior Flow Room Operations & Incident Control Manager to lead the 24/7 automated fulfilment centre and ensure stock moves meet customer promises. You will oversee inventory across millions of units and act as the senior point of control during incidents.

You'll manage a team of Shift Managers and Inventory leaders, drive data-based decisions, and own the relationship with KNAPP for system performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Flow Room or Control Room operations in automated fulfilment or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of KNAPP and KiSoft systems.
• Experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale inventory operations with high stock accuracy and compliance.
• Experience managing software releases, integration testing and system changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Flow Room operation across a 24/7 automated fulfilment centre, ensuring inbound/outbound stock moves align with customer promises and performance targets.
• Own system performance, availability and throughput, using data to maximise reliability and efficiency.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the site's inventory proposition, ensuring stock accuracy and availability across 7+ million units.
• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own the KNAPP relationship, ensuring service delivery, maintenance and KPI outcomes.
