Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Senior Flow Room Operations & Incident Control Manager to lead our 24/7 automated fulfilment centre. You will own stock flow, system performance, and incident control while guiding a team of leaders across the operation.

You will manage KNAPP integration, ensure high stock accuracy across 7+ million units, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Flow Room or Control Room in highly automated fulfilment environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation systems and integration projects.
• Proven track record delivering stock accuracy and incident resolutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Flow Room operation 24/7 to ensure stock flow and performance targets.
• Own system availability, throughput and reliability across automation.
• Manage inventory proposition and stock accuracy for 7+ million units.
• Develop and coach Shift Managers and testers for high performance.
• Oversee KNAPP relationship, service delivery and KPI outcomes.
• Act as senior incident control lead with clear communication.
