Job summary

Golf Fang in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Senior Floor Server to deliver the highest standard of service and ensure guests have the best possible experience on our busy floor.

You will oversee floor servers, drive revenue through upselling, and lead regular training on product knowledge, customer service, safety and general venue information to keep the team sharp and guests delighted. Full training on brand values and service standards will be provided to every successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in a busy floor/waiting/host team.
• Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
• At least 6 months floor/waiting/hosting experience
• Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
• Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
• Personal License.

Responsibilities

• Make sure guests receive the highest standard of service and have the best time.
• Oversee floor servers to achieve sales targets and improve revenue.
• Hold regular training sessions with the team on product knowledge, customer service, safety and venue information.

About the role

As Senior Floor Server it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time! You will oversee floor servers to achieve sales target to improve revenue generation. You will hold regular training sessions with the team, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety and general venue information.

Essential

• Experience in working in a busy floor/waiting/host team.
• Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
• At least 6 months floor/waiting/hosting experience

Desired

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
