Job summary

Flexjet Europe is seeking an experienced Operations Duty Manager to oversee real-time flight operations and serve as the senior operational authority during shifts. You will coordinate across Operations Control, Scheduling, Crew Dispatch, and Maintenance to keep flights safe, compliant, and on-time.

You will lead teams, manage disruptions and AOG events, drive improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aviation operations or business aviation environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flight operations and ensure safe, compliant scheduling.
• Act as senior escalation point for operational issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations Control, Scheduling, Crew Dispatch, and Maintenance.
• Manage AOG events and disruptions with timely, effective response.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee crew planning and readiness for legality and efficiency.
• Drive efficiency improvements, cost optimization and service enhancements.
• Maintain operational reporting and drive continuous improvement.
