Job summary

Flexjet Europe seeks a Flight Communications Controller to join the Operations team in the United Kingdom. This role acts as the central link between Crew, Operations, Scheduling and Owner Services to ensure smooth, accurate flight execution and timely communication across teams.

You will maintain real-time situational awareness, coordinate crew travel, manage updates, and produce daily operational reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisation and multitasking ability, with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Act as the central communication hub between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services for all flight-related updates
• Maintain real-time operational awareness, tracking aircraft movements, crew status, and schedule changes
• Manage and coordinate crew travel and accommodation, including Day 0 changes and forward planning
• Perform quality control checks on upcoming flights to ensure accuracy, readiness, and compliance
• Interpret weather reports and operational data, escalating risks or issues to Operations leadership
• Support IROPS management, including delays, AOG events, diversions, and schedule disruptions
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports, ensuring clear visibility of flight status and performance
• Provide administrative and operational support to Scheduling and Operations teams, ensuring continuity across shifts
