Responsibilities

• Lead Client Relationships: own a portfolio of Gallagher Guide clients and advise on scheme design.
• Drive new business: identify opportunities and manage new propositions.
• Deliver excellence: oversee reports and client communications for high-quality service.
• Stay ahead of the curve: track legislative changes and benefit trends.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Enhance client systems: suggest improvements and manage change requests.
• Lead post-enrolment reviews and present outcomes to clients.
