Arup is seeking a senior Fire Engineer to join our UK fire safety team and deliver high-impact projects. You will apply evidence-based fire safety solutions, lead client meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our global network, across a hybrid working model that supports flexibility and career development.

Candidates should be technically proficient in fire safety legislation, design approaches, and able to gain consent for prescriptive and performance-based solutions

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in fire engineering or related field; Chartered status preferred.
• Experience delivering evidence-based fire safety solutions for UK projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK fire legislation and guidance.
• Proven ability to lead client and stakeholder meetings and explain complex fire matters.
• Familiar with design frameworks like RIBA Plan of Work or GRIP.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver fire safety engineering services for clients.
• Lead project teams within a 400+ fire safety network.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices.
• Manage budgets and project finances.
• Explain technical fire safety matters to non-experts.
