Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Principal Fire Safety Engineer to join its growing fire safety engineering team in the UK. You will lead fire strategy design and hazard analysis across nuclear, residential, commercial and other high-hazard environments, delivering compliant, technically robust solutions.

You will manage client engagements, develop fire safety documentation, mentor junior staff, and contribute to regulatory interactions, with hybrid working and opportunities for chartership.

Qualifications

• Experience developing fire safety strategies for complex projects.
• Ability to produce clear fire safety documentation.
• Experience engaging with regulators and authorities.
• Nuclear sector experience is advantageous.
