Job Title - Senior Fire Risk Assessor

Location - Hebburn

Salary - 45,000 - 52,000 DOE

Our client is an established, accredited local consultancy working with major housing clients in the North East.

They are seeking a senior fire risk assessor to continue their excellent work in the area and strengthen their reputation as the go-to consultancy for fire safety compliance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Fire Risk Assessor:

• Undertake Fire Risk Assessments, Passive Fire Surveys, and Fire Door Surveys
• Validate reports and data collected from assessments
• Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations among colleagues and clients
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients to ensure high fire safety standards

Requirements for the Senior Fire Risk Assessor:

• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and principles
• Proven track record of conducting fire risk assessments with clear, achievable recommendations
• Ability to objectively validate fire risk assessments
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting numerical data
• Strong customer focus and professional attitude

What You Will Receive:

• Salary between 45,000 and 52,000 based on experience
