Job Description
The candidate for the role of Validator for Fire Risk Assessors should meet the following qualifications and competencies as specified in nationally recognised Competency Criteria for Fire Risk Assessors (Appendix A-I of the Competency Criteria for Fire Risk Assessors, Fire Sector Federation):
- Strong knowledge of Approved Document B, latest regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for fire risk assessments and reporting.

■ Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards relevant to Fire Risk Assessments is essential.
■ Experience: Proven experience in conducting Fire Risk Assessments and a comprehensive understanding of fire safety measures are required.
