AECOM seeks a Senior Engineer to join our Fire Team in London. You will deliver from inception to completion, oversee a local team, and mentor junior engineers while applying UK fire engineering standards and practices across diverse projects.

Lead design efforts, prepare proposals, and contribute to cost estimates, within a supportive, hybrid working environment and growing professional opportunities at a global firm.

Formación

• Experience in a consultancy or equivalent.
• Demonstrable fire engineering experience across sectors with emphasis on UK regulations and markets.
• Experience managing fire engineering aspects of small to medium design projects within timescales & budgets.
• Experience guiding entry level fire engineers.
• Experience preparing fee proposals and task variations for fire engineering activities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver projects from inception through completion with minimal senior oversight.
• Oversee and develop a local team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Lead design projects, reviewing the work of others.
• Apply fire engineering knowledge across sectors focusing on UK regulations.
• Develop cost estimates for technical efforts on projects.
• Participate in interdisciplinary project reviews.
