Marqeta Inc. is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to drive technical solutioning in the London market.

The role partners with Business Development and Customer Success to close new revenue opportunities and serves as the primary contact for customers’ technical teams. You’ll lead solution discovery, design customer-tailored Marqeta offerings, and ensure successful implementation with ongoing advisory support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s, or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• Ideally 7+ years experience in a relevant Tech, Product or Sales Engineering role, in Payments/Fintech.

Aufgaben

• Lead Technical Overview and Solution Discovery: present Marqeta’s capabilities to product and engineering stakeholders early in the sales process.
• Designing Solutions: partner with Solutions Architects, Product Managers and other teams to tailor the best Marqeta solution for customer goals.
• Technical Consulting for Long-term Success: act as the client’s trusted technical advisor through implementation and handoff to the team.
• Represent the ‘voice of the customer’: contribute to product releases, beta testing, and feedback loops with clients.
