Job summary

AccessFintech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of software implementation projects for financial clients. The role focuses on defining scope, coordinating internal teams and third parties, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder management.

You will need 4-5 years in software implementation, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to translate complex processes into actionable plans in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years' experience in a software implementation role.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to understand complex processes.
• Proactive, flexible team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of how the platform is used and configured.
• Integrate software based on the agreed Statement of Work with clients.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and issues trackers for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Control project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Build relationships with clients in a collaborative, partnership-minded manner.
