Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – Strategic Finance Transformation - London - Hybrid

You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and Partnership Executive Committee, translating business strategy into actionable financial plans and driving meaningful performance insights across the organisation.

You’ll lead the development of a three-year strategic financial plan, enhance the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and play a critical role in ensuring the firm's goals are realised.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and own the 3-year strategic financial plan.
2. Drive performance management and financial oversight across the business.
3. Partner with leadership teams to deliver financial insights that impact key decisions.
4. Lead the evolution of FP&A processes, reporting and analysis.
