Senior FP&A Analyst | Growing E-Commerce Fashion Brand | London (Hybrid)

Are you a commercially-minded finance professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, creative environment?

We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce business with a strong online presence and a loyal customer base across the UK and beyond. As they scale, they are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic finance team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, high-impact role where you’ll help shape the financial strategy of a business that blends fashion, innovation, and data-driven decision making.

What you’ll do:

1. Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
2. Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decisions
3. Business partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams
4. Deliver commercial insights and scenario planning to drive growth and profitability
5. Help build and optimise our FP&A processes as we continue to scale

What we’re looking for:

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with 3+ years in a commercial FP&A or finance business partnering role
2. Strong Excel/financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools a plus
3. E-commerce or retail experience preferred
4. A self-starter with great communication skills and a curious, analytical mindset
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
