Our Go-To-Market Finance team is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to be the primary business partner for our EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The role focuses on leveraging data and analysis to support sustainable, profitable growth, balancing regional and company-wide goals for growth and profitability. Reporting to the Director, FP&A for GTM, this position is offered remotely within England and Scotland.

What You’ll Do
  • Support European operations, sales, and marketing teams in evaluating risks, opportunities, contract negotiations, business cases, and initiatives, always seeking ways to drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to build, validate, and analyze demand forecasts from both a unit and financial perspective; identify risks and opportunities and communicate them to the Core FP&A team for quarterly earnings processes.
  • Manage EMEA’s financial forecast assumptions and review revenue actuals versus forecasts monthly, working with accounting to understand results and with GTM and Operations teams to anticipate forecast changes.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable models to track performance, evaluate business cases, and enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc projects across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and GTM teams with financial analysis and data navigation.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of FP&A experience at a global company.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling and analysis skills.
  • Full P&L expertise, budget management, and knowledge of US GAAP principles.
  • Based in England or Scotland.
  • Proven track record of deriving insights from complex data and communicating effectively with senior management.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team of analysts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate across organizational levels.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan or similar cloud forecasting tools.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement through automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High integrity, self-awareness, humility, positivity, and eagerness to learn.
