Reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the Group. Acting as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams, you'll deliver meaningful analysis, influence strategic decisions, and help lead financial planning and reporting processes.
Business partnering with senior leaders to understand performance and deliver financial insights
Ownership of monthly board and executive reporting
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Building and maintaining complex financial models to drive decision-making
Supporting strategic projects and investment cases with robust analysis
Driving continuous process improvements and best-practice reporting
Supporting procurement initiatives to ensure best value for spend
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) - essential
Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Advanced Excel skills (macros, data tools); PowerBI knowledge highly desirable
Strong commercial acumen and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
Analytical, proactive, and thrives on solving complex business problems
Experience in software or SaaS industries is a plus
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
