We are currently recruiting for a full-time Senior Investment Manager (Midlands and East) on a permanent contract, based in any of our offices in Birmingham, Cambridge, or Nottingham (Hybrid Working).
The primary purpose of this role is to work as part of the Investment Team to manage and deliver investment activity across the Midlands and East area, including providing advice and guidance to applicants; assessing and monitoring a wide range of applications/projects, especially those that are complex and large-scale; post-completion work; participating in outreach activities; and supporting the delivery of the Midlands and East area team plan. The role also involves contributing to the wider work of the Midlands and East area team.
