Job summary

Lumin Wealth Limited in St Albans is seeking a Chartered Senior Financial Planner to manage a portfolio of higher-value clients with company-provided leads behind you and to help shape technical standards across the firm.

You will manage and develop relationships with higher-value clients, take a lead role on complex cases, and deliver robust, well-documented advice across investments, pensions and protection. The role includes mentoring junior planners and contributing to standards.

Qualifications

• Chartered Financial Planner status or equivalent required.
• Extensive advisory experience with complex cases.
• Track record of managing higher-value client relationships.
• Ability to generate and develop new business.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues.
• Professional, ethical, client-centric approach and credible presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of higher-value clients with robust, well-documented advice.
• Lead on complex and higher-risk cases with evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide compliant advice across investments, pensions, protection and comprehensive financial planning.
• Collaborate with paraplanners to produce suitability reports and recommendations.
• Generate new business and grow existing client relationships against KPIs.
