Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling Analyst to develop and maintain complex financial models and business cases for new sites and strategic investments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Construction and product teams to assess deal terms, capex, operating costs, and project profitability while ensuring adherence to internal standards and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent).
• Multiple years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and business cases.
• Experience supporting investment or capital decision‑making processes.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other financial modelling/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of real estate transaction structuring, PropCo/OpCo economics, investor return analysis and valuations.
• Knowledge of IRR, NPV, DCF, and other investment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments; align assumptions with market data and benchmarks.
• Analyze financial results and asset performance using IRR, NPV, payback, and terminal value.
• Collaborate with Sales, product, construction and operations to assess deal terms, capex and operating costs.
• Support long‑term planning with modelling for new initiatives, capital projects, and investments.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate financial insights and recommendations.
