Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling Analyst to build, maintain and analyze financial models and business cases for new site investments and strategic initiatives within our data centre operations.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Construction and product teams to evaluate capex, operating costs and project profitability, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and internal benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Multiple years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Experience with real estate, infrastructure, or data centre environments.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI and related tools.
• Knowledge of PropCo/Opco, investor return analysis, and valuations is a plus.
• Experience supporting investment or capital decision-making processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and business cases.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Operations, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments.
• Analyze financial results and asset performance using IRR, NPV, payback, and terminal value.
• Collaborate with Sales, product, construction, and operations to assess deal terms and profitability.
• Provide modelling for new initiatives, capital projects, and strategic investments.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate financial insights and recommendations.
