NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling Analyst to develop, maintain, and analyze financial models in support of new site development and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Construction, and product teams to assess capital investments and profitability.

The role requires strong expertise in real estate finance, investor return analysis, and debt financing, with a proven track record in complex modelling and scenario analysis within data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CFA or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other financial modelling/reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments.
• Analyse financial results by IRR, NPV, payback, and terminal value.
• Collaborate with Sales, product, construction and operations on deal terms and capex.
• Provide modelling for long‑term planning, capital projects, and strategic investments.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating insights and recommendations.
