CATL is expanding its UK & European energy storage business development team to lead project development and financial modeling for BESS opportunities. You will shape funding strategies, analyze market structures, and deliver robust investment cases for international projects across UK, EU and APAC with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor colleagues, transfer knowledge, and contribute to proposals and business development in a dynamic, global renewable sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in energy/power sectors with technical and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to build robust, user-friendly project models.
• Experience in Australia energy storage, M&A or asset rotation is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial workstreams with integrated project inputs.
• Analyze market structures, pricing, and trends in multiple regions.
• Develop and assure operating and financial models (LCOE, NPV, IRR).
• Develop funding strategies and financial cases for BESS projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members.
