Job summary

TradingHub in London specializes in model-based market surveillance software for major financial institutions. Senior Professional Services Consultant will lead PoCs, demos, and implementations, translating complex data into practical client outcomes.

The role requires deep financial markets knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time. Hybrid working with a global client base and measurable value delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in financial markets from a trading, risk or quantitative perspective.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and demos.
• Experience delivering PoCs and full-scale implementations for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through direct contact and data analysis.
• Develop customer pitches, run PoCs and onboard new customers.
• Perform system configuration, run data batches and troubleshoot issues.
• Write custom metrics/reports using scripting language.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering to ensure timely delivery.
