West Brom Building Society is seeking a Financial Crime Advisory Manager & DMLRO to lead financial crime prevention as we transform our online savings capability. The role covers horizon scanning, risk assessment updates, and oversight of financial crime controls, with deputy duties for the MLRO and liaison with regulators.

You will maintain the risk framework, engage with senior management, and drive best-practice in a digitally evolving environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in financial crime/AML is essential.
• Relevant AML qualification (Certificate level minimum) required.
• Experience with transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with online savings applications is advantageous.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and senior management is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial crime prevention development within the Society's transformation programme.
• Maintain the Financial Crime Risk Management Framework and risk assessments.
• Act as product owner/SME for financial crime during digital transformation.
• Deputise for the Head of Compliance & MLRO when needed.
• Represent the Society in regulator forums and industry groups.
