Job summary

Zenvo Uae is seeking a Senior Financial Controller in the UK to provide senior leadership across financial accounting, statutory reporting, group consolidation, and regulatory reporting for the UK entities.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will own complex reporting, oversee month-end close, and drive improvements in control and efficiency while working across finance teams in a flexible hybrid model in Solihull.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Expertise in statutory reporting and group consolidation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge processes constructively.
• Leadership, coaching and people management experience.
• Meticulous, organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, statutory reporting and group consolidation for UK entities.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide senior oversight of management accounts and regulatory reporting.
• Coach and develop finance team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Support transformation projects and ensure financial controls remain embedded during change.
