Job summary

Indevor Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead financial governance, reporting accuracy and compliance across a growing multi-entity portfolio in the UK. The role reports to the Group Finance Manager and collaborates with the CEO and Board to drive robust financial control.

The successful candidate will own the group month-end close, consolidated reporting and intercompany processes while delivering strategic financial analysis and systems improvements to support

Qualifications

• Experience leading month-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Proven ability to produce consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and Companies Act compliance.
• Experience with external audits and financial governance.
• Commercial insight and ability to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Group month-end close across multiple legal entities.
• Preparing accurate and timely consolidated management accounts and Group financial reports.
• Maintaining a robust financial control framework across all Group companies.
• Managing intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Preparing statutory accounts and coordinating the annual external audit.
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with UK accounting standards, Companies Act requirements and taxation legislation.
• Developing and strengthening financial systems, controls and reporting processes to support continued organisational growth.
• Supporting acquisitions, new business ventures, corporate restructuring and due diligence activities.
• Producing financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making at Board level.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to the wider finance team.
