Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) in Manchester is seeking a Financial Controller to lead day-to-day, monthly and annual financial processes across multiple project entities. You will manage the Accounts Assistant and partner with cross-functional teams to enable growth and ensure accurate reporting.

This senior role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, strong VAT and statutory reporting experience, and the ability to streamline processes and implement automation in a collaborative, hybrid

Qualificações

• Qualified or near-qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Experience managing multiple entities (25+).

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day, month-end and annual financial processes.
• Manage Accounts Assistant and support projects across portfolio.
• Coordinate payable processes and payment runs.
• Deliver monthly management accounts and intercompany recharges.
• Oversee VAT and group returns, and company secretarial duties.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.
• Act as a business partner to project teams and external stakeholders.
