SF Partners is recruiting a Group Financial Controller in Birmingham. You will own financial control across the Group, lead a multi-site finance team, and drive the integration of acquired businesses to strengthen the control environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of improving processes, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders while shaping the finance function for growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience as Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller.
• Experience in a multi-entity Group environment.

Responsabilités

• Own financial control across the Group and lead the finance function.
• Manage and develop a multi-site finance team.
• Integrate acquired businesses and align systems, processes and controls.
• Drive automation, standardisation and process improvement across finance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and treasury activities.
