About the role

We are seeking an experienced controller accustomed to managing all finance aspects with minimal support. Responsibilities include:

• Corporate: Management and statutory accounts, credit control
• Tax & Regulatory: Ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax filings
• Payroll: Managing payroll for the entire company
• Company Secretarial: Handling all corporate filings and internal records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• US tax filings experience is desirable but not essential
